01When do you start?
We're building our first routes now based on early sign-ups. Register and we'll tell you your street's start date as soon as it's locked in.
02Which areas do you cover?
We're launching on the Bukit Peninsula — Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin and Padang Padang first, with Ungasan and Jimbaran on the waitlist. Routes grow street by street as neighbours sign up.
03How much will it cost?
Villas are priced on bedrooms and how often you want collections — use the calculator above and you’ll see your exact price. Restaurants and cafés get a quote within a day. One number covers organic and recycling, bins are included, and there’s no VAT.
04What is a founding member?
We won’t run a truck until enough properties commit. Founding members prepay their first month — that month is credited to your account, not an extra fee — and in return your rate is locked for three years while later customers pay standard. If we haven’t started collecting at your property by the guarantee date, you’re refunded in full automatically. You don’t have to ask.
05Do I need to sort my rubbish?
No — but separating food waste helps. Over time we'll introduce colour-coded bins and train villa and restaurant staff.
06Where does the rubbish go?
To a managed local tip in partnership with the banjar — not burned, not dumped. Recyclables are sorted and sent to recyclers.
07Can you handle restaurant volumes?
Yes — daily plans are designed for kitchens, with food waste, glass and cardboard handled properly.
